Sa Nau Espai

Sa Nau Espai is a versatile space. Each occasion finds its own rhythm in a space that transforms according to the needs of the event: retreats, yoga and meditation sessions, corporate meetings, launches, presentations or family reunions in an environment centred around calm, wellness and nature.

There are two areas: an open-plan room for yoga or events and another with a gym.Both can be rented independently without the need to stay at our agritourism retreat.

The yoga room is equipped for groups of up to 15 people. It includes all the necessary material: mats, blocks, blankets, meditation cushions, belts and bolsters from hejhej, a brand that manufactures all its products with recycled materials.

Guests staying at Sa Nau Agroturismo can enjoy Sa Nau Espai, both the yoga room and the gym. You only need to book in advance within the available schedules and keep in mind that the space can be used as long as it is not hosting a previously scheduled activity.
